Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you by subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase. For details on returns and refunds, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you will receive recurring deliveries or the entire subscription in a single delivery, depending on the duration and frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon be available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of ordering, store your payment method, and then process the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you may not cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund.

THE BODIFYLAB METHOD™ — Pre-order Cancellation

Art. 1 — Nature of the reservation: The €80 reservation made as part of the pre-order for THE BODIFYLAB METHOD™ constitutes a deposit within the meaning of Article 1590 of the French Civil Code, guaranteeing the allocation of a place in Le Cercle BODIFYLAB, limited to 200 members.

Art. 2 — Withdrawal period and full refund: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the reservation date. Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, BODIFYLAB grants an extended refund period until and including July 17, 2026. During this period, the Customer may request a full refund of the reservation by simple written request to infos@bodifylab.com, without having to provide a reason.

Art. 3 — Firm and final nature as of July 18, 2026: As of July 18, 2026, the reservation becomes firm and final. This date corresponds to the finalization of the personalized files of the Cercle members by BODIFYLAB advisers. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Art. 4 — Refund procedures: Any approved refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request, using the original payment method used for the reservation.

Art. 5 — Deduction upon launch: Upon the official launch of the program on August 1, 2026, the €80 paid for the reservation will be deducted in full from the final price of the Customer’s personalized program. If the Customer does not finalize the order within 30 days following the public opening, the reservation will be deemed void and the €80 will remain with BODIFYLAB as a fixed compensation payment.

Try Before You Buy

When you order an item to try before buying it, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have a certain period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item.

Once the period has elapsed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the total amount.
